Birdview Administration as a Service is provided on a managed, fair-use basis. Fair use assumes a reasonable and consistent volume of standard administrative activities required to operate and maintain the Birdview platform under normal business conditions. If usage patterns indicate sustained or exceptional administrative activity beyond normal operational needs, Birdview will notify the Client and recommend an adjustment to the service tier or scope before performing additional work.
Outside fair use ≠ refused. It triggers a scope conversation, not a denial.
