• Trial and prospect account data: retained for a limited period of up to 180 days after inactivity unless converted to a customer account.

• Billing and financial records: retained as required by applicable accounting and tax laws.

When personal information is no longer required, Birdview securely deletes, anonymizes, or de-identifies the information in accordance with its data retention policies and applicable law.
