Brooks Life Sciences project manager notes that support is always available for questions, and someone is always willing to help them configure the system to suit their needs. Tracking systems and data are distributed seamlessly to the PC and through the mobile app.
Now that Brooks Life Sciences’ development department is using Birdview PSA, they have gained full visibility and saved up to 500 hours on operations per year. It has helped them secure funding for two additional FTE support specialists and allowed developers to focus more on developing new features rather than supporting day-to-day operations. As a result, they have accelerated the turnaround time for requested new features, resulting in improved development quality.
