With this functionality, all new attachments are automatically scanned for viruses and malware. If a threat is identified, the file will be NOT saved in the storage and the user will be notified. Exclusively available for Birdview PSA Enterprise and Birdview Projects Enterprise.

Azure provides built-in software patching, network load balancing, and 24-hour-monitored physical security. Data centers are physically constructed, managed, and monitored to shelter data and services from unauthorized access and environmental threats.

Azure Cloud platform allows adding computing resources automatically when there is a higher load on our servers. This way, Birdview maintains the same high level of performance no matter how many users are accessing their accounts simultaneously.

All accounts residing on Azure Cloud are taking advantage of the continuous 30-day snapshot backups. If needed, your data can be restored from any point (up to a second) within the last 30 days. We also provide extended 1-year backups. Backup media is 256-bit AES encrypted and geo-redundant.

Encryption

For data in transit, Birdview uses industry-standard encrypted TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 transport protocols.

For data at rest, we offer transparent database encryption*. To protect against the threat of malicious activity, Birdview offers real-time encryption with 256-bit AES of the database, associated backups, and transaction log files.
