How it works
Invoicing is now available in Feature labs for Birdview PSA Team and Birdview PSA Enterprise plans only. After the beta period, this feature will be exclusive to Birdview PSA Team and Birdview PSA Enterprise plans.
Follow these steps to activate and use the feature:
1. To begin, log into your Birdview account. Click on your avatar located in the bottom-left corner of the screen. From the menu, select Feature labs and locate the Invoicing feature. Activate it for your account, and you‘re ready to move to the next step.
2. Once the feature is activated, return to your main screen. On the left-side menu, you‘ll now see the Invoices section. Click on it to open the invoicing module and start managing your project billing.
3. To create a new invoice, click on the Add invoice button. From there, choose the client and project you want to bill. Fill in the necessary details for the invoice, such as dates, descriptions, and any additional notes. Add time entries, expenses, and any custom line items relevant to the project. Once everything is in place, save the invoice.
4. Before sending the invoice, take a moment to preview it to ensure all the details are correct. Once finalized, you can print the invoice, save it as a PDF, or email it directly to your client–all without leaving Birdview.
