What the event covers
The Government Innovation Showcase Ontario brings together public sector leaders as the province moves from basic digital services toward more intelligent, citizen-centered government. The agenda is organized around three tracks:
- Service Delivery, User Experience and AI – designing government services around the real needs of citizens through human-centered design and automation
- Technology, Data & AI Integration – modernizing legacy systems, embedding AI into daily operations, and using data to support faster decisions
- AI & Enhanced Productivity – using AI to automate routine work, support decision-making, and free up staff capacity across government teams
Sessions will feature senior leaders from Ontario ministries and agencies, including executives from the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, the Ministry of Red Tape Reduction, Infrastructure Ontario, and ServiceOntario.
Why we’re there
Public sector teams face the same operational pressures we hear about from professional services firms every day: resource planning trapped in spreadsheets, no portfolio-level visibility across programs, and manual reporting that eats up staff time that should go toward citizen-facing work. As government agencies modernize their project and resource planning processes, we want to be in the room to hear directly from the people doing that work.
Our team will be on-site as a sponsor and will also be presenting, sharing what we’ve seen work (and not work) as public sector organizations move off spreadsheets and disconnected tools toward centralized project, resource, and portfolio management.
